que limitó la posibilidad de generalizar los resultados. Las metodologías utilizadas fueron
mayoritariamente cualitativas o de revisión teórica, mientras que los estudios de tipo
cuantitativo y mixto fueron menos frecuentes. Esta tendencia puso de manifiesto una debilidad
en cuanto al diseño metodológico, ya que pocas investigaciones aplicaron modelos
experimentales o longitudinales que permitieran evaluar de manera más precisa los efectos
de la tecnología en los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje..

Abstract -
During the period from 2003 to 2013, an analysis of scientific production in Ibero-America
related to technology-assisted teaching-learning modalities was conducted. It was found that
research in this field grew gradually, reflecting the increasing interest in understanding how
technological tools have transformed educational processes. The study collected and
examined various works published in scientific dissemination media, with the aim of
identifying the countries of origin of the research, the predominant themes, the
methodological approaches used, and the most relevant contributions. Geographically, it was
observed that countries such as Spain, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, and Colombia led academic
production, although with different levels of depth and research rigor. Regarding the themes,
issues related to the use of virtual platforms were mainly addressed, online learning, teacher-
student interaction through digital media, and the impact of ICT on professional training.
However, many of these studies took a merely descriptive approach, lacking solid empirical
data, which limited the possibility of generalizing the results. The methodologies used were
mostly qualitative or theoretical reviews, while quantitative and mixed-method studies were
less frequent. This trend revealed a weakness in methodological design, as few studies applied
experimental or longitudinal models that would allow for a more accurate assessment of the
effects of technology on teaching-learning processes

INTRODUCCIÓN
La educación inclusiva y las competencias digitales docentes son dos pilares fundamentales en la
transformación educativa del siglo XXI. El B-Learning (aprendizaje combinado), que integra
modalidades presenciales y virtuales, se posiciona como una estrategia efectiva para promover la
inclusión educativa. Este marco teórico explora las competencias digitales que los docentes deben
desarrollar para implementar el B-Learning en contextos inclusivos.
